How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
During checkout, you can select the “This is a gift” option.
We’ll include a gift receipt without prices, so your loved ones can enjoy the gift without knowing the cost.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, refunds are generally issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Credit/Debit Card: Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
UPI/Wallets: Usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, we only deliver orders to addresses within the same country of purchase. Cross-border shipping is not available at this time.
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return:

We will share the return instructions and address.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We strive to ensure that all product images are accurate and true to life. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Many of our popular items are restocked regularly. You can click on the “Notify Me” button on the product page to receive an email when the product is back in stock.

We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout. Delivery charges for international orders vary based on destination and will be calculated during checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. International delivery times vary and will be provided at checkout. Please note that unforeseen delays such as public holidays or courier issues may extend delivery times slightly.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
